Hi, I'm Ms. TerryAloha! I teach 9th grade English Language Arts, 12th grade Humanities, and Senior Seminar. From an early age, I've had an avid curiosity about our world, and as a student and young adult lived and worked in France, New Zealand, Japan, Vietnam, and Colombia. I never thought I could be compelled to stay put in one place until ten years ago when life circumstances brought me delightfully to Maui. Now I am raising a family and thrilled to teach in a small environment that values nurturing ongoing relationships, creativity, and critical thinking in a complicated world. I hold a graduate degree in English Secondary Education from the University of Hawaii - Manoa, and an undergraduate degree in International Marketing and French from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
